Some staff are much more friendly compare to other. Yogurt is always delicious !!

Nice mix of flavors. Interesting concept.A little overpriced compared tp the competition but a good way to cool down if youre nearby

Been coming here for years now as it's one of my sons favorite places. Have always had a good experience with the staff. The treat selections are always good. The only downside is sometimes not all flavors of yogurt are working & sometimes not all the tables are cleaned properly. It can aslo get a little cold in there which is why we end up taking it to go :)

My kids love this place. All the flavors and they love putting on the candy toppings

Got there at 9:35pm... Says they are open until 10pm. The door was locked and the girl came out and said they close at 9:30... maybe you should update your times online then before I waste my time driving to your business.

It was hot and we went in there to cool down and have something cold. Place was clean, employee friendly and helpful. Yogurt yummy.

I have gone to this particular facility 2 times already as per website it is open to the public for take out. On both occasions it has been closed and i do not exactly live close to the facility. They need to update their website to show correct information.

I love the plain tart woth cheesecake bites and fresh rasberries with sliced almonds on top. The chili mango sorbet is truly spicy but also refreshing, something new to try.

Yogurt tastes great! Place doesn't look as neat and clean as it used to. Costumer service could improve a bit.

Went to this yogurt land a couple days ago and I was glad to see the place was super clean (a weird dirty rag smell but still clean) and friendly. The girl Genesis helped my daughter and I with flavors and toppings because it was our first time at Yogurtland. She’s an awesome employee she went above and beyond to help us, and we will definitely be coming back.

Went there Wednesday night and Marcella was a great help for me and my family. Excellent customer service and very satisfied with the great employee!

The ingredients are completely different the service is not the same

I've been to this location at least a dozen times. The staff doesn't clean up often enough and then tries to cover it by using really strong smelling cleaner. So be prepared for stinky floors, over flowing trash cans and bathrooms that need to be restocked. Once the bathroom door was coming off the hinges. I was barely strong enough to open and shut the door. Also the staff is notorious for closing ten to fifteen minutes early.

Do yourself a favor and go to Menchies up the road. Almost all of their machines were either broke or out of yogurt when we came and the toppings bar was absolutely trashed with everything missed together. The two employees who were working acted as though they could care less that the place looked horrible.

Typical self serve...which is fine. Guy that cashed us out, ok and friendly.....BUT DANG the place is filthy! Chairs are sticky, splatters of yogurt on the wall that has been there for DAYS!.... Smells like bathroom cleaner when you walk in (over powering).#CleanItUp

The place overall was clean and had great frozen yogurt. The taste testers are a nice touch. There's lots of space for parking and you get the choice of eating inside or outside based off of your own preference. However, it was distracting when one of the employees was on the phone yelling at someone while I was eating.

Spent 9 something waited 10 mins before anyone came out. Not many flavors. Was clean though. But ehhhh i dont know if I would go there again :(

Good place to bring your kids or friends

Really good right by the mall .stopped before a party.they were about to close in like 5 min and we hurried and got some staff was super sweet about it.didnt get the flavors I wanted got the wrong thing but still good

Came here with high hopes after my boyfriend said it was the best. Evwn he was disappointed with how small it was, he claims it was bigger with way more selections. Not the case. Yogurtini and Menchies is way better. Wont drive out the way to come here again.

Place to bring kids . Something for the parents to enjoy as well.

Have always liked it here. Their prices have gone up but it's a very clean store and the toppings are always fresh.

I don’t understand how it closes on Monday’s at 9:30 and they don’t let customers in at 9:15? They need better staff members.

This was my first time at yogurtland. I was in heaven when I saw the coconut flavor. Better than ice cream 😉

Ok so i will have to admit I don't go as often as I would like. They always have a really good selection of fro-yo, I would highly recommend mixing and matching different berries, the last time I was in I did the strawberry cheesecake, blueberry, and boysenberry and it was absolutely delicious it tasted like they should have it made into its own flavor. Top that with the frozen fruits as toppings and it is a fantastic afternoon snack.

First time on this side of town but I've been to several Yogurtland locations before. So I'm basing my review on cleanliness, customer service, and environment. This location is clean, there's about 8 tables inside and 6 outside with 14 flavors. The customer service though is where I feel it lacks, yes its pretty self serve but no interaction at all from the cashier except the cost of my yogurt and do I want a receipt.

This place is always out of flavors especially thr plain tart. Noone is ever available at the register you have to literally call out for service. I've been double charged because the employees are not trained. The restrooms are dirty the floors are sticky.

Quite disappointing. Machines were leaking, there was frozen yogurt everywhere, there was a weird smell upon walking in and the dining area was dirty. They were out of flavors and toppings. There was only one girl I saw working and one other customer. Not really sure why everything was a mess at 11:30 in the morning on a Wednesday.

Very disappointed.. Drove 20 miles to meet kids for ice cream. We walked in and it smelled like spoiled milk or something. Even our 2 1/2 year old asked, "what's that smell" when we walked in.We left and went to Cold Stone Creamery next door.

I enjoyed my afternoon visit, we were assisted by a nice gentlemen by the name of Jose. He went above and beyond when I told him one of favorite flavors was out. He quickly fixed the machine, thanks again Jose!

Showed up hoping to enjoy some yummy yogurt. There's yogurt spilled allover the floor. Employee sees me and runs to the back of the store! No service was provided.

We have been coming to the gateway pavilions location in Arizona for years and I had never been so dissapointed. The tables were ALL, seriously every outdoor table and all the indoor tables, very dirty. They had dried smears of old yogurt all over and drops of fresh yogurt. It was not pleasant to have to sit on the least dirty we could find. Furthermore, the staff were in the back of the store. We counted two people and they had to be called everytime a customer needed help or even to pay. We waited with your yogurt melting on the scale and eventually called them. The same happened with all the other costumers coming in while we ate our frozen treat. I seriously wouldn't have bothered typing this up if it wasn't really bad. Please bring the clean and attentive people back to the store. Thanks!

2 flavors were not working and they all needed cleaning. It was pretty busy though. Maybe they are short staffed but the girl definitely needed help. The yogurt was pretty good and they had a good selection of toppings.

The froyo is always good BUTTTT it literally always smells like damp dirty wet rags inside. It punches you in the face the minute you walk in. Wet rags and fabuloso cleaner mixed into one... customer service was lack luster and the girl working couldn’t care to ask if we had the app to scan or whatever... she just wanted us to pay so she could slink on to the back room back to the cellular device.... mehhh maybe I’ll just go to menchies across the street... you’ve been warned tho... DIRTY WET RAG WATER ✌️

I’m a big fan of yogurtland! They always have yummy flavors and toppings. Genesis helped me out and was so sweet. Will be coming back for sure.

Found some rubber stuff in my yogurt. Was offered a free yogurt and some coupons, but the place is overall pretty dirty.

Ok, the ice cream machines...half are out constantly or comes out like water. The place itself needs new chairs at least. We asked for a towel to clean the table because they were all a mess and it was like asking for a miracle. So we paid and just left to take it home. We are fine with that but our little ones have loved this place for years. Unfortunately it has slowly changed for the bad. Management needs to get on it.

I’ve been going to this yogurtland for a while... but yesterday I went as always and filled up my cup with plain tart 😱 and got home to bad plain tart 🤯 it was bad and smelled bad but I thought it was me at first so I ate some of it and now my stomach is upset and I want to throw up 🤢

Even though the price did go up a bit, they have good yogurt. The place is always clean. Usually there is always a big line around 5 until close during the weekend. But worth it.

Smell weird ( like dirty bathrooms) poor choice of flavors. And needs be more clean really dirty placer in and outside
